Cancellation & Refund policy

All cancellations must be received in writing via email to Once we receive your request to cancel your registration, a refund is issued to the original payment method (in case of Online payment i.e.; NEFT/IMPS/Net-banking or Debit/Credit card transactions) or if you paid by Cheque, we will issue refund via cheque on your Registered Name and send it to your address by Courier (Name & Address must be mentioned in the registration cancellation email from your end.

  • If cancelled within 5 days of the event: Full base amount will be refund (Refund includes only the registration base amount and does not include GST)
